We are a Certified PRE-EMPLOYMENT PHYSICAL and DRUG SCREENING facility. We will implement a program that will greatly benefit your organization.

Pre-Employment Physicals

Examinations are completed by a Registered Physical Therapist and a Board Certified Medical Doctor to assist you in choosing the well qualified job applicant.

Medical Exams: Our highly qualified, board certified cardiologist provides a thorough examination to identify potential or existing health problems.

Physical Therapy Exam: Licensed, experienced therapists assess client’s posture, flexibility, and strength. Using individual job descriptions supplied by the employer, the potential employee is tested for the ability to meet the physical requirements of the job.

Pulmonary Function Evaluation

Testing is now available to meet OSHA guidelines for

  • Employee Classification for the Use of Respiratory Protective Devices
  • Medial recommendations for the Use of Respiratory Protective Equipment
Testing can be done in the clinic or at the job site.

DOT--Urinalysis

Each Specimen collected is sent to a SAMSHA certified laboratory (DOT approved), processed by a certified MRO (Medical Review Officer), and reported to the client per requested protocol (phone, fax, e-mail etc.,).

DOT Urinalysis screens for:

  • Amphetamines
  • Cocaine
  • THC (Marijuana)
  • Opiates and PCP

Under DOT guidelines, results are generally completed within:

  • 24-48 hours on negative results.
  • 48-72 hours on positive results.

Hair Analysis

Hair Analysis is the only drug-testing method that provides Specimen collection is directly observed with no known methods of sample adulteration.

  • Up to 2.5 times the number of positives with a longer detection window
  • Lab based test with FDA cleared testing reagents

Hair Analysis is recommended in combination with a urinalysis screen to detect recent or new drug use (within 3 – 10 days) as well as long term use.
Hair testing can test for the following classes of drugs:

  • Amphetamines (including Ecstasy)
  • Cocaine
  • Marijuana
  • Opiates
  • Phencyclidine (PCP)

Negative results are generally reported within 48 hours.
Positive results are generally reported within 48 to 72 hours.
